Self HarmKnock Knock At the Bathroom DoorSelf Harm
Knock Knock Knock
But it's locked.
But it's locked.
Inside a cold wind blows From a cracked open window In a dark winter month
Inside, some Spiders make webs A Cockroach crawls A tap drips every second
Drip. Drip. Drip.
On a stainless steel sink On a beige vinyl floor
On the stained bathroom floor She self-harms herself With the edge of a Knife She cuts up her wrist
With pools of blood With the pain and release

BillyToday was a Monday Billy ended his lifeBilly
A strange kind of sorrow Would whistle in the wind
A breezy Monday morning One Autumn in September
Two days his birthday On a dirty carpet he lay
A broken door hinge A bent drawer handle A Gideon bible Not once did he read
A bed carefully made A creaking wooden window
Walls yellow with staining A black mouldy ceiling
But no one knew why He took his life
Some speculate loneliness
Others his sorrow
For being an orphan
